We all knew, it wasn't going to be easy to find the right buyer during pandemic. However, Yogesh made it happen within few weeks, sold the property to an investor, at a price that made sense formal of us. If it wasn't for Yogesh, it would have been long time before we could sell our home. Yogesh managed all the processes of the home sale, and closing the escrow smoothly. Eventually he found a house that was occupied by renters and not in show condition. He was able to set up a visit and found us a real diamond in the rough.
